At a time when the entire United States is talking prison reform The Starts Within Organization (SWO) is actually reforming the prisons with an intense program that is lead by the founder and president of SWO, Carlos M. Christian. His unique story of overcoming a 10-year prison sentence himself by abandoning a mentality that got him incarcerated has provided Mr. Christian with the influence needed to make a difference in thousands of currently incarcerated and recently released individuals nationally.
