Discoveries: Science Videos

This series is a set of hands-on science demonstrations about electricity and magnetism. You will see how batteries are built from simple metals and liquids, how a pencil can become a resistor, and how compasses react to magnets and electric current. Each short video shows a real experiment and what it reveals. The experiments bring physics to life and show how scientists discover things by testing ideas.
