College Inside

College Inside is a newsletter about the intersection of the higher education and criminal justice systems. It's produced by Open Campus, a nonprofit newsroom focused on postsecondary education. We produce a quarterly issue for our incarcerated readers, available digitally on Edovo and in print in states that do not have access to digital content. The goal of the newsletter is to keep incarcerated people informed about higher education during and after prison.

Open Campus is a news (journalism) organization that covers higher education. We don't investigate criminal cases or report on crime-related issues, nor do we offer educational courses or financial aid, assist individuals with college enrollment, or advocate on their behalf. We appreciate hearing from our readers, but given the volume of letters we receive we cannot always respond personally. But please know we take your feedback and questions into consideration when determining what we write about.
