Right Triangles in Geometry: Science Videos

This series is all about right triangles and the Pythagorean theorem, one of the most famous ideas in math. You will learn what the theorem says, practice using it, and see several ways to prove it, including one by a U.S. president. You will also learn special right triangles like the 30 60 90 triangle. The Pythagorean theorem is used in construction, carpentry, and navigation. Basic algebra and square roots will help.
