Pre-algebraic Exponents and Ratios: Math Videos

This series covers exponents, roots, and scientific notation. You will learn what powers of zero and fractions mean, how radicals relate to fractional exponents, and how to simplify square roots. You will also practice scientific notation and orders of magnitude. A few word problems cover percents and moving objects. These skills show up on the GED and in science classes. Basic multiplication and fractions are all you need to start.
