The Mindful Prison Program is an 8-class course designed to support healing, resilience, and self-discovery through mindfulness. Developed by the Boundless Freedom Project and the Mindful Prison Family, this program offers tools to reduce stress, manage emotions, and strengthen community.
Each class introduces simple practices such as grounding exercises, mindful breathing, and meditation, alongside reflections on self-compassion, forgiveness, and communication. Participants learn how to observe their thoughts and emotions without judgment, build healthier relationships, and discover insight through service to others. The final class focuses on integrating and carrying these lessons into everyday life.
The program is self-paced, practical, and supportive. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or continuing a practice, these classes help create space for awareness, choice, and growth.
